Each waitlist opens exactly one year before the session start date:
Summer Session: Opens June 1 at 12:01 AM
School Year Session: Opens August 20 at 12:01 AM
Families may join both waitlists if both are open.
All requests must be submitted online using our official request form. Phone calls and emails will be redirected to the form.
Requests submitted before the official open time will not be accepted.
Waitlists do not carry over — you must reapply for each new session.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment.
Once enrolled, your child keeps their spot year-round as long as payments are current and behavior expectations are met.
If your child leaves the program, their spot is released and not held.
Need care for only one session? Be sure to submit a new request the following year.
School Year Session: Registration usually begins in early July, with final placement calls as late as two weeks before school starts.
Summer Session: Rosters begin to finalize after Winter Break, with placements typically confirmed by the end of March.
Because space is limited, please plan ahead and have a backup childcare option in case we cannot place your child right away.
