CHOIR DAY AT THE CHICAGO WOLVES

Sunday 11/1  INFORMATION PAGE AND ORDER FORM

Wolves Trip Timeline

• 11:45  Load buses at Willowcreek Middle School doors K/L(off of Central)

• 12:15  Depart for the Arena

• 1:45  Arrival and Arena opens at 2:00

• 2:00  Students meet in seats

• 2:15  Directors Meeting

• 2:40-2:50 ish  Performance Students will be performing from their assigned seats. Their parents, family and friends will be seated behind them. Everyone from your school will be seated together in a reserved block of seats. The performance will be 4-5 minutes long. The performers will be mic’d and spotlighted. Look for us on the jumbo-tron.

• 3:00   Chicago Wolves game begins

• 5:30  (estimated): Game concludes and we load buses

• 6:45-7:15 arrival at Willowcreek(approximate)

Additional information

• Students should bring spending money for food or merchandise.  

• The Allstate Arena is CASHLESS so bringing a prepaid card, debit or credit card is a must!

• Students may use the restroom or visit concessions in groups of 3 or more or with a chaperone or one of our family members attending.

• Students may bring their phones on this trip, but they MUST be PUT AWAY during the performance time.

• BUS LIST AND SEATING ASSIGNMENTS 

  • Parents taking students home from the arena should check in with me during the game on Sunday sometime to sign their child(ren) out.

  • Parents wanting to CHAPERONE should apply for a background check.  Chaperones will ride the bus.

• Medical Form for Administering Medication-paper copies will be sent home to anyone who will need me to administer medication between 11:30 am and 7:30 pm on Sunday.

• No blankets on the bus.

• Students should wear school colors, RED, WHITE, and BLACK or music spirit wear if they have it.

• Student tickets will be given to them when they get off the bus on Sunday.

• FAMILIES

  • Family tickets will be sent home with students in class Friday10/30.  Please ask them for your envelope.

  • Parking is $15 per car at the Arena.

  • Plan to park and enter on the east side so you are closest to our seats.(Section ???)

  • Let family members know the game will be on Fox+Chicago, AHLTV.com and FloHockey.  They might just be able to see us.

  • A-Z Area info (including bags and other questions about the area can be found here.

• Once the game starts, we can move around seats as long as we stay in our assigned area.  Please see the linked seating assignments above for more information.

CHOIR SUPPLIES for the year

• Black binder (1 inch or ½ inch, used all three years)

• Folder with hole punches for the binder

• 1 subject notebook 

• Pencils

• Uniform: Black polo with a collar, black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes/flats

  • Tenor/Bass Choir (mod 10)-Essential Sight-Singing, Vol 1 (Tenor/Bass Voices) or amazon link

CONCERT UNIFORMS

As we approach our concerts, please make sure that each choir member has the necessary uniform for the performance.

Students need to wear the following required uniform for all performances.

• black polo shirt - plain black, see sample links below

• black dress pants, black belt (if desired)

• black dress shoes (flats are preferred, no heel higher than an inch)

• black socks

• a white or black undershirt may be worn

• jewelry and accessories must be small and red, black ,white, or metallic in nature
