It's time to do some things to get ready for the upcoming season.  All athletes are expected to be at all practices, games and team functions, so please adjust your schedules.  You MUST communicate with Coach Truex if you are not able to be at something for the team.  Open gyms are included.  Unexcused absences will limit playing time.  You must have 5 - 1 credit classes and at least a 1.75 GPA to participate in sports.

1. Register on Final Form- this is where you'll put your emergency contact info, insurance, etc.  This is also where they keep your physical, etc.  If you play another sport, you just need to go in and select boys volleyball for the spring and all the info will transfer.

2.  Physical -

ALL athletes need a current physical for the school year.  If you had one for another sport, just make sure that it doesn't run out during our season or you WILL have to get another one.  YOU CANNOT TRYOUT WITHOUT A PHYSICAL!!  [http://www.pickeringtonpanthers.org]  Scroll down and  click on the link for the form on the left hand side.
