All About Me

Believe it or not I wasn't always a teacher. I was a hairdresser for 30 years! I was always a Girl Scout and a girl scout leader who always loved hanging out with kids and showing them new things so after a while I decided I was going to try this out. So I went to College and became a teacher at CCSU and earned my masters at UCONN!

It took me a very long time to become a teacher because I was also raising my 2 daughters Amy and Sara, working as a hairdresser and having fun being their Girl Scout leader. We also have a pet Bunny named Barney

I am married to Mr. Fabrizio who loves to SCUBA dive, fish and swim. He swims everyday at the YMCA to keep his heart healthy. He went to Montana and caught this beautiful fish. He is a Fly Fisherman, so they catch the fish and put them back in the water.

This summer was exciting because I went to Puerto Rico! It is a beautiful place with warm sea water, palm trees, delicious food and lots of history. We visited little towns, cities with museums, and snorkeled almost everyday.

I grew up in Plainville and went to Trask School ( Trumbull Park), Plainville Junior High, and Plainville High School. I love Plainville so much that my daughters Amy and Sara went to school in Plainville as well --Linden St School, MSP and Plainville High School. It is a nice town with so much to do! I am so very happy and excited to be your teacher and look forward to learning so many new things about you and your summer adventures!
