PACE assessments

CURRENT PACE STUDENTS DO NOT NEED TO BE ASSESSED AGAIN!

PACE assessments for 2023-24: 

Referral packets for students in K-5 are due by 5:00 PM on October 20, 2023. Late referrals will be held for the next assessment cycle (Fall 2024). Results will be e-mailed on Feb 2nd, 2024. EVERY student who was assessed will receive an email notifying the placement decision. Please contact us if you do not receive the placement decision by Feb 5th, 2024. 

Important Dates and Deadlines

Referral forms due: 5:00 PM on October 20, 2022.

Assessment window: 11/6/2023 - 11/17/2023 

Status letters mailed to parent/guardian: Feb 2nd, 2024

Appeal process inquiry deadline: 2/16/2024 

Appeals due to campus PACE specialist: 3/22/2023

Students who were previously identified at another district have an opportunity to test for gifted services when moving to PISD.  Please contact GT specialists for more information.
