1) click on the Pipeline link
2) click on "Find Account"
Type in your
Name ➡ Use the one that used when you filled out the application the first time
Birthdate ➡ Note that there are no dashes and you only put the last two of the year
For example, someone born on March 17, 1986 would put 031786
Your SSAN Number
It could be the last four digits of your social security number, or
If you have a little paper card that Student Services gave you, it could be the four digit # on that
If you still don't know, then email SELadmissions@sbcc.edu
In your email, say that you are a student in the Adult High School/GED Program and are requesting your SSAN
Tell them your full name
If you have it, tell them your K# if you know it
They will probably contact you to verify your identity, then will reply to your email with the SSAN number; you only need the last four digits.
🟥 If you do not remember your Pipeline SECURITY QUESTION:
Contact IT User Support and request that it be *reset. You will need to provide some personal information for verification of your account.
Phone: (805) 965-0581 when they ask for extension, put 2949
You may have to leave a message and a phone number where you can be reached
Online: email: support.sbcc.edu/contact
You could also email SEL Admissions.
🟥 If you have a hold
(This part will be filled out soon)
-- If it says "learning community" -- be sure to fill out the Adult High School/GED application
-- If it says "over credit limit" -- tell your instructor
-- if it says "admissions hold" -- tell your instructor
