🔺   Note: Before beginning work, it's important that you meet with your instructor to go over the assignments and course requirements. 

The Adult High School Economics Course has two main components:

1. Edmentum Modules

2. Freakonomics Readings and Discussion Response Worksheets

  • Be sure to do the tutorials and mastery tests

  • The tutorials have writing assignments. You do not have to write a lot for each response, but if you are not sure how much to write, ask your instructor. Be sure to click "submit" when you are done so you can check your answers. 

  • For the mastery tests and unit post tests:  If you get below 60% on one, you should meet with your instructor to review anything you were not sure of, then you can retake it for a passing score. 

Instructions for the Reading and Discussion Response Worksheets

1) Click on one of the links below to open the worksheet
2) Make a copy of the worksheet so you can type your answers on it.  (You can also write your answers on a separate piece of paper if you prefer) 

To make a copy of this worksheet so you can type your answers on it: 

a) Go to the FILE menu on the Google doc toolbar and select “make a copy”

b) Rename the document by just adding your name to the beginning of the title of the document; that’s the one at the top left, near the blue square. (for example:  you might put:  “Maria V - Freakonomics Chapter 3”). 

c) When you are ready to turn worksheet in for feedback, click on the SHARE button in the top right corner of the Google Doc and type in your instructor's name, or let them know that it's ready to grade when you come to class.
