No one allowed without a COACH’S supervision.
Do not be concerned about amount of weight lifted, but the technique of how you are performing the exercise. “Quality, not Quantity”
Do not use any weight room equipment for relaxing, there is also to be no sitting.
Use weight lifting belts only when needed.
Always clean up weight room after use.
Everything in the weight room must stay in the weight room.
Never drop weight plates or DB’s on the ground. “Laziness = Losing”
Always be aware of individuals around you and have a spotter.
Must wear proper athletic clothing. School colors (black,gold,grey,white), athletic shoes, etc.
No FOOD or DRINKS in Weight Room.
