To attend to an exam, you must have filled up and returned an application form.
Reminders:
Use a ballpen (black/blue pen) in filling out the form.
No filling out of application form during the examination.
Knowing ahead of the exams how many applicants will come is necessary to have smooth examinations and motivation interviews. If you do not have application form you can download it here. NOTE: NO FILLING OUT OF APPLICATION FORM ON THE EXAM DAY. It should be ready when you take the exam.
