Hello! I am excited to see what this year holds. This will be my second year teaching at Oak Brook. My first year at Oak Brook I was a fifth grade teacher. I grew up in St.Louis in a family of six. I am the youngest out of my four siblings and I absolutely love it. Everyone still lives close so we get to see each other quite often. Even though I am a bit biased, I have two of the cutest nieces around! I also have a nephew on the way!

It was hard moving away for college, but I received my Bachelor's Degree at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, and just finished my Master's Degree through Southwest Baptist University. One of the highlights from college was being able to work with one of my professors who started the STEAM studio in Kansas City. In my free time I love going to baseball games, so it was hard leaving the Cardinals behind for four years! I also love playing sand volleyball and staying active. This past year I really started getting into running and training for half marathons. Another one of my passions is traveling. I can't wait to hear about all of your adventures!
