In the event that an absence from a performance is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, please click on the link below and submit the form NO LATER than August 24th, 2020.  In the event of an illness, please complete prior to the performance, if possible.  If an emergency, please complete no later than 5 days after the performance.  Thank you!
