Purchase Request- President's Office
Instructions:
Step 1: Requested By: fill out your name, followed by the name of the vendor or person being paid*, and your email.
*For better tracking: after your name, you may include a dash-followed by the name of the person or company who is being paid.
i.e.:: Your Name: Jane Smith - Vendor Name
Your Email: jsmith@paloaltou.edu
Step 2: Department Manager (Optional): fill in the name and email as an additional approver.
Step 3: Leave the Director of Board & Presidential Operations, Melanie Morrison, as the Approver, unless it is the same as the Requester
Please Note: after the department manager approves, the request will automatically route to the additional approvers necessary based on the requested amount.
Step 3: Click "Begin Signing"
Step 4: You will receive an email with a link to finish filling out your form, or you may access the form in your DocuSign account under "Action Required".
