Food Vendor Application
We are looking for a wide variety of food items to offer the public!
Before applying, please be sure to read the Vendors Rules and Regulations. There is very important information in this document, so please read it COMPLETELY!
THE VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE NEW FOR 2024!
NOTE: Food Vendors must now pay a $175.00 deposit. This deposit will be applied to your 10% on Gross Sales commission. If you CANCEL after August 1st, you will NOT received a refund of the deposit.
There are two ways to apply
Print the below Food Vendor Application and fill it out. Write a check to Page County Heritage Association for the $175.00 deposit required. And mail your application, menu of items (all vendors), and payment to:

Vendors applying after July 1st will be notified within 2 weeks of receipt of the application. Menus need to be submitted prior to September 1st.
Please note that space cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been PAID IN FULL.
All food and beverage vendors, including those providing samples, must have a current permit from the Virginia Department of Health. Exception to this permit is Food Vendors that serve ONLY prepackaged, single serve items, bottled/canned water/drinks do not need a food permit (example: prepackaged ice cream novelties, bags of chips, sodas, items made and prepackaged in facilities permitted by VDACS/VDH)
Vendors with a current Food Establishment permit must post a copy at their booth.
Food Trucks and Trailers should have a Food Establishment sticker posted at their service window.
Food and Beverage vendors who do not have a current Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit must apply for a permit at least 10 business days prior to the festival by applying to the Page County Health Department. There is a fee of $40 unless you meet the exemptions.
