Craft Vendor Application

Space is limited, but we are committed to offering the public a variety of hand-crafted, homemade goods, so please apply!

Before applying, please be sure to read the Vendors Rules and Regulations.  There is very important information in this document, so please read it COMPLETELY!

THE VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE NEW FOR 2024!

NOTE:  Return Vendors that want to stay in the same booth must have the application in to us BY July 1st.

Vendors applying after July 1st will be notified of their space assignment within 2 weeks of receipt of the application.

Please note that space cannot be guaranteed until the rental fee has been PAID IN FULL.

For Page County, Virginia residents only: 

The festival features a "Consignment Building" where you can place your items for sale.  The PCHA will retain 10% of all sales from this building only.

Please bring consignment items on the Friday before the Festival between 9-6.  Please bring baked goods on Saturday morning between 8-9am.

The Page County Heritage Festival is committed to vendors who sell quality, hand-made items.

Please DO NOT contact us if you wish to exclusively sell merchandise that is manufactured.

We realize that some vendors do sell such items, among their hand-made collection, and we will make every effort to correct this when it comes to our attention.  Thank you for your understanding.
