The OWNCS libraries create a supportive environment for students and staff. We are committed to creating life-long learners and readers. OWNCS libraries have a variety of resources, both print and digital.  Through collaboration, cultural awareness, digital literacy skills our OWNCS libraries strive to create effective and ethical users of information.
