Sunshine Books
Sunshine classics is a free reading app designed to give students at school and at home access to enjoyable e-books and activities to help them learn to read. The management system allows teachers to allocate e-books to individuals and groups of students and to track their progress on reading, literacy skills and fluency. Interactive tools within
the e-book allow students to highlight, draw or add text to support their reading experience. This is a great resource for school holidays, teacher only days, or when you forget to swap your reading book!
This can be downloaded as an app on iPads and accessed through a regular internet browser at the address https://bookshelf.sunshineclassics.com.au/students/login
Your child has a username and password to access their ebooks!
A very cool feature is the record reading feature where you can record yourself reading the story and your teacher can listen to it and see how your fluency sounds.
