Patrons of Music
If you would like to help our band program by becoming a Patron of Music, please complete the form attached below. Your name will be included in concert programs throughout the year.
Your tax deductible donation contributes to anticipated and unanticipated operating costs of the program, some of which include:
· Repair of equipment (beyond budget)
· Purchase of music (beyond budget)
· Guest artist clinics
· Purchase of new instruments/equipment
· Rental of performance facility
· Other needs as directors see fit

Volunteers
Mission: To support and encourage student music education and participation in band.
Everyone who has a child in the band program is considered a supporter of the program. The extent to which you become involved is up to you. However, you are encouraged to participate in ways that you know are your areas of strength and in ways that will be supportive of your child and the great program in which they are involved. There are many ways to be an active volunteer. Let's face it, every time you encourage your child to practice, you attend concerts or you give a little praise, you are supporting the program. Here are some other ways you can volunteer and support the program:
• Host a concert
• Decorate for the pops concert
• Serve food at a band camp or pizza party
• Facilitate parent support
• Be a Patron of Music
• Assist in fund raising
• Chaperone a tour
• Assist in uniform check-out and check-in
• Do more than one of these
