In Grade 5 we will learn about how to identify our emotions, use calming strategies and communicate how we feel in positive ways. We will practice using a variety of tools and strategies that can help us communicate and understand our feelings. We will learn more about how our brains work and how we can help ourselves get back to the "Green Zone" so we can be ready to learn and participate at school.
