Library Policies

The Norris HS library is open from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm every school day.

Each student has their own unique barcode to check out books. It is assigned to them alone. Students can checkout books using their first and last names, which will bring up their number.

Students may check out two books at a time. The check out period is two weeks. If you finish a book before that time, please return it to the library.

Students may check out back-issues of magazines for three days.

Students may check out reference materials overnight.

Students may not checkout library materials if they have an overdue book or magazine or have two items already checked out.

Students are responsible for all materials they check out and are expected to pay any and all fines for lost materials.
