Course Description:
Wellness activities is a course designed to allow students to learn about and explore a variety of activities that improve their overall wellness. This course focuses on activities that improve an individual's physical fitness, while also drawing relation to how it improves one's mental/emotional well being. Some of the activities that we will participate in this course include: speed and agility exercises, cardiovascular training, core training, flexibility exercises such as yoga, traditional and interval strength training, as well as various outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and snowshoeing.Course Documents:
