Changing Your Security Question

Q: How can I reset the Security Question answer to my Campus Pipeline/Email/Blackboard  account?

A:  Users cannot reset the answer to their security question by themselves.  Users who wish to change the answer to their security question need to contact the NSCC Helpdesk at 978-762-4167 or helpdesk@northshore.edu to set up a time to visit the office located at either the Lynn or Danvers campus, in person with a photo ID.  An information Systems employee will then alter the answer to their security question.

 For privacy reasons users do not need to provide a reason for requesting this change, but a photo ID is required.
