Both 5th and 6th grade classes participate in the Junior Achievement experience. JA is a non-profit group that provides a free economic education curriculum to schools (work readiness skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial ideas). This is where OUR PARENTS can come into the classroom and lead the JA lessons! The kids LOVE this! We appreciate the continued support and involvement of our parent volunteers as we move forward in our financial literacy journey.

• 5th grade: Our Nation  

  • Each year the 5th graders will travel to JA's BizTown in either March or April of the school year. BizTown is a hands-on simulated community experience that tend to be the favorite field trip of the year!
