Cape St. Francis Elementary
Located on Satellite Road in the community of Pouch Cove, Cape St. Francis Elementary is an inclusive educational institution with a strong focus on academic achievement in a safe and inclusive environment. Our school, which serves the communities of Pouch Cove, Flatrock and Bauline, opened in January 2002 and currently has a population of 221 students in Grades K-4.
