Cape St. Francis Elementary, located on Satellite Road in Pouch Cove, is a welcoming educational institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence in a safe, inclusive environment. Serving the communities of Pouch Cove, Flatrock, and Bauline, our school opened its doors in January 2002 and currently supports students from Kindergarten to Grade 4. At Cape St. Francis Elementary, we are committed to cultivating a positive, supportive atmosphere that empowers each student to achieve personal success and thrive academically.
