Local Health Department Contract Training
The LHD Contract Training is scheduled for April 21, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and will be held in the MVD Executive Conference Room. Registration for the course is to be completed on Kentucky TRAIN at ky.train.org, and the course ID is 1063089. This training is important in preparing and completing clinical service contracts for FY 2016 - 2017.
Agenda and handouts will be posted as they become available from DPH.
This training will be a Live ITV and will be webcast for later viewing. Please register for this training in TRAIN and complete the TRAIN course evaluation and enter the training into your ADP profile upon completion.
