Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs)

Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) are established when desired to put in writing mutually agreed upon terms and conditions between NKY Health and another entity. 

A MOA is typically established to formalize a cooperative agreement where NKY Health agrees to do something and the other entity agrees to do something in return typically for no money exchanged between the two parties.
