Consequences for breaking classroom rules:
First Offense: I will document the incident and privately conference with the student. I will issue a warning and I will follow up with you via email or phone call as necessary.
Second Offense: I will document the incident and privately conference with the student. A consequence will be given: silent lunch, loss of privilege in the classroom, recess reflection, etc. I will follow up with you via phone call.
Third Offense: Upon the third offense, the behavior will be handled as a major office referral. I will document the behavior to be handled by administration and I or administration will follow up with you via phone call/parent conference.
