MRS. CLAYTON’S PERFORMANCE POLICY: If you are absent, without pre-arrangement, the day of a group performance, your group may, at the teacher’s discretion, have the option to either perform without you or wait one day. If they choose to perform without you, your make-up work will be a written assignment.
Rules and Regulations:
All school rules still apply and will be enforced including, but not limited too, the dress code, i.d. policy, tardiness policy, attendance policy and electronic device policies.
No food, candy, gum or drink (other than water) will be allowed in the drama room unless it is for a documented medical reason; you are encouraged to bring water with you to class.
If it’s not yours don’t touch it.
Disrespect, for teacher or students, will not be tolerated.
Be Considerate—this goes beyond basic respect and will be enforced. In order to succeed in theatre, you need to trust the people around you and feel secure with yourself—everyone needs to contribute to creating such an environment. Be supportive of one another at all times; do not talk while others are performing or presenting; think before doing or saying anything that is potentially hurtful or offensive, no matter how funny you think it is.
