Individual counseling differs from therapy as it provides brief and solution focused sessions to help students meet their individual needs. Students may see a school counselor for many reasons including: stress, study skills, family changes, grief and loss, bullying, and more. If you think that your child would benefit from this service, please contact your child’s school counselor to provide parental consent.)
small group sessions (6-8 sessions, app. 5 students)
whole-class lessons (lessons on specific topics)
