Homework will be assigned each night and the packet will be sent home on Mondays. Assignments will be due the next day unless otherwise stated.

Welcome to another great week! Please remember I update my website each week. The website contains homework, our schedule, upcoming dates, and many other important information. As a reminder, if your child is going to be absent please send a message to info.blair@nhcs.net. The office staff has to code absences this year, not the teachers. Assessments are almost complete. I will be reaching out via TalkingPoints to schedule beginning of year conferences.

-September: Beginning of year assessments, conferences will be scheduled after your child’s assessments are complete.
Monday
-ABC Museum fluency passage. Allow your child to read this passage to you 2 times tonight. They have been working so hard on learning how to read it. Please make sure they are pointing to each word and reading the words that are there. If your child struggles with reading it is ok to help them.
-Read for 10 minutes a night, some of that time using their reading folder. Don’t forget to fill in your reading log.
Tuesday
-Begin working on your math packet, p. 63, 64, 67, 71, 72, 75, 79, 80. The math packet is due Friday.
-Read for 10 minutes a night, some of that time using their reading folder. Don’t forget to fill in your reading log.
Wednesday
-Practice tying shoes, saying your first and last name & birthday, counting to 100.
-Read for 10 minutes a night, some of that time using their reading folder. Don’t forget to fill in your reading log.
Thursday
-Finish math packet and send back tomorrow.
