For Parents

Helping Students to Manage School Work:

All teachers at High Rock are using both Google Classroom and My Homework. 

Google Classroom is part of the Google suite of tools for education. Teachers use it to assign and collect assignments, provide resources, give feedback, and more.  Your child’s teacher will invite you to be parent/guardian in this app if not already set up from elementary school. Please be on the lookout for this email. 

My Homework is our agenda app. Teachers push out homework, quiz/test, reminders, and announcements to the student planners. Parents/Guardians can sign up for access to information from both of these apps. This is not required, but is a great way to have a window into your child's work at High Rock.

iPad Orientation:  All students have completed Lessons 1: Rules and Expectations and our iPad Orientation lessons in September.

Typing Pal:

 All students also have (or will) access to our Typing Program Typing Pal- Follow the lesson to set up their account if not done already.
