Award Timeline

  • November 15th ~ Preferred due date for award applications to District Chairs

  • November 27th ~ Final deadline for all award applications.

  • December 4th ~ District Chairs make their selections and send to the State Awards Chair

  • December 10th ~ Awards are submitted for Administration approval

  • January ~ Approved awards are submitted to National Chair

  • February-March ~ Award recipients receive notice of approval
