Over 50 people were in attendance at the training session on November 3, 2011. Students included extension agents, faculty from two community colleges, students and the forest manager from a local private college, faculty and graduate students from three universities in the region, private consultants, state marketing specialists, small business developers, a jobs director from a local non-profit, a small farm program advisor, a forest service botanist,a retired extension agent, Bionetwork personnel, a national park service botanist, herbalists, a loan officer, and entreprenuers in the natural products industry.
