Every cadet is required to take the PFT, unless they're medically cleared. The cadets will take the PFT twice a year, once in the Winter and once in the Spring. The PFT consists of 2 minutes of Push-ups, a timed plank, and a one mile run. The unit goal is for all cadets to pass the PFT, the cadets will PT in their company once a week to prepare them for the PFT.
