The Nease NJROTC Promotions Ceremony was a proud and well-earned celebration of dedication, discipline, and leadership. Cadets ranked E-6 and below demonstrated their commitment by successfully passing both a written test and the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), proving their knowledge and physical readiness. Those advancing to E-7 and above went even further, meeting the challenge of not only passing the test and PFT, but also completing a promotion board — a formal interview that evaluated their confidence, character, and leadership ability. Every cadet recognized showed determination, maturity, and a strong work ethic, reflecting the high standards and excellence of the Nease NJROTC program.
