Do you need volunteers for a Community Service Event or Color Guard?
At this year’s NJROTC Drill Nationals, our cadets demonstrated months of dedication, discipline, and teamwork, earning an impressive list of both team and individual awards after committing to early morning practices at 7:30 AM since August. In individual events, Cadet Hendricks placed 3rd in push-ups, Cadet Lewis earned 5th place (tie) in push-ups and 1st place (tie) in curl-ups, Cadet Pitches placed 8th in push-ups, Cadet Collins earned 8th place in academics, and Cadet Jovel placed 6th (tie) in curl-ups. As a team, we secured 3rd overall, 2nd in Academics, 3rd in Athletics, 3rd in Personnel Inspection, 2nd in Unarmed Exhibition, 5th in Unarmed Basic, 5th in Color Guard, 2nd in the 16x100 relay, and 2nd in Push-ups. These achievements reflect the hard work, consistency, and commitment our cadets have shown all year long, proving that their early mornings and relentless effort truly paid off on the national stage. This is especially impressive because placing third out of 636 units down to twenty-three at this meet, we placed top in the top three of all of them.
