This is the largest part of your grade. I expect you to be here on test & quiz day. If you are absent on a test or quiz day, you will need to see me to arrange a time on the first day back to school. There will be group and individual projects. You are given some class time, however, for some projects, it is expected that you will do most of the work outside of class.
For full credit on your homework, it must be turned in by the due date. Late work will be accepted one day late with a grade reduction of 50%.
PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE (20%)
Your participation is very important to learning and enjoying Spanish. This determined by the teacher and based on class, group, and partner oral discussions and daily notes and attendance. This should be an easy 20%, if you come to class on time and prepared on a regular basis, make a good effort to get missed class notes and work, and participate in all areas of discussion and class work. Points will be deducted from daily points if students are not prepared and alert in class.
