January – June 2024 ----- Monthly meetings before travel

February 2024 ----- Two B&W copies of passport due at February meeting

April 2024 ----- Photo album is completed and shown at April meeting

April 26, 2024 ----- Presentations are completed/finalized/polished

Monday, June 3 – Friday, June 7, 2024 ----- Two days of pre-travel summer school (NOT THE WHOLE WEEK)

Monday, June 10, 2024 – AM ----- Pre-travel summer school

Tuesday, June 11, 2024 ----- ✈️ Departure from GFK to Berlin, Germany

Saturday, June 15, 2024 ----- 🚅 Departure from Hauptbahnhof, Berlin for Hauptbahnhof, Stuttgart

Saturday, July 6, 2024 ----- ✈️ Departure from STR for GFK

Monday, July 8 – Wednesday, July 10, 2024 – AM ----- Post-travel summer school (minimum two days)

Monthly meetings are required and are scheduled by the group, with exception to the first meeting.

• If there is an unavoidable conflict or illness, the student will need to make up the material by appointment with Mrs. Feole.

Meetings are about two hours long and cover a variety of travel and culture topics.

Dates could change based on unavoidable situations, but would be communicated with as much notice as possible
