Topics of Study

In 8th grade science,  we have 3 main units of study. 

Our first unit is called "Forces, Energy & Motion."

Our second unit is called "Matter & its Interactions."

Our last unit is called "Waves & Information Technology."

This is a work in progress as we are going through some shifts this year.  We are in the progress of aligning ourselves more closely to the NJ Student Learning Standards so this document may change a little throughout the year.  See my "Resources" tab for links to the State DOE site along with some other resources regarding the standards.
