Understanding the following requirements is very important as we have limited funding and cannot pay participants who do not give us complete data for our research. If you have any questions about these items, please contact your regional coordinator.

o Weekly Report Surveys
January/February
o 2nd semester roster with student name, grade, and birth date information
May/June
o Student post-summative evaluation
o Teacher exit survey
