Facilities

Two university wind tunnels are available to this research group. For one wind tunnel, the test section size is 18 in. X 18 in. and the maximum speed is 100 mph; for the other one, the test section size is 30 in. X 48 in. and the maximum speed is 300 mph. The measurement instrumentation includes anemometer, load cells/force balance and flow visualization, etc..
