Steinhauer Elementary School Parent-Teacher Conferences

Wednesday, November 2nd - In person OR virtual

Thursday, November 3rd - In person OR virtual

Monday, November 7th - In person OR virtual

**Conferences will only be scheduled with your child's homeroom teacher**

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

     Although parent conferences are not until November, I wanted to give you the early opportunity to pick your preferred date and time for a conference with me. The parent conferences for Steinhauer Elementary have been scheduled for Wednesday, November 2nd, Thursday, November 3rd, and Monday, November 7th. You will find that my conference schedule does not match the dates listed on the district calendar. Unfortunately, I will be unavailable on two of the district scheduled days so I have rescheduled to assure that I can meet with all of you.

To sign up for your preferred conference date and time immediately, please follow the directions provided below. If you sign up online you can receive an instant confirmation that your time slot has been reserved. To be fair to everybody, I will be scheduling conferences on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Online Conference Scheduling Instructions

1) Click here to access the online scheduling platform.

2) Log into your personal Google email account. If you do not have a personal Google email account, you may use your student's school Google account. Please ask your student to log in to their Google account only if you do not have your own account.

3) Click forward on the calendar dates until you find November 2nd, 3rd, and 7th.

4) Click on your preferred appointment slot. You may only make ONE appointment with me unless you have two students in my class.

5) Please type "in person" or "virtual" as well as your child's name in the description and then click "Save" at the bottom of your chosen appointment. If you choose a virtual appointment, your Google Meet link will automatically be provided in the calendar invite.

6) You should receive an email confirmation regarding your appointment. I will send home a paper confirmation with your appointment within a day or two of you scheduling your conference. If at any time you need to reschedule your conference, please delete your appointment and select a new appointment.
