Golden Apple Scholars Scholarship 25-26 - Do you dream of teaching and giving back? Golden Apple is the answer. Apply to become a Golden Apple Scholar and fulfill your passion for teaching as you become an educator and a force for change in the lives of students across Illinois. Priority application is December 1, Regular application is April 1.
2025-26 Sauk Valley Community College Foundation - Students attending SVCC, including academy and dual enrollment, are encouraged to apply for scholarships. Sauk Valley College Foundation offers scholarships for students of all grade point and financial levels. Visit the website to sign into SVCC account and explore what opportunities are available. 2025-26 Greenhouse Scholars of Illinois - Provides comprehensive personal and financial support, including one-on-one mentorship, professional guidance, peer mentorship, leadership training, and a renewable need-based college scholarship of up to $5,000 per year. The Greenhouse Scholar program goes through various rounds, each with a different due date, all of which are listed below:

IL Agricultural Education & FFA Scholarship (Landscape Contractors Assoc.) - offers $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors interested in in a horticulture related career. A horticultural-related program includes, but is not limited to, horticulture, environmental science, landscape architecture, botany, agronomy, nursery production, ecology, agriculture, urban horticulture, floral design, and more. Application deadline is March 6, 2026
2026 Compeer Financial Scholarships- Compeer Financial's High School Senior Scholarship Program awards 123 scholarships to students based on a combination of academic achievement, agricultural, and community youth organization involvement and essay response. Each scholarship is for $2,000 Application period runs from December 15-February 15.
CBAI Foundation for Community Banking Scholarship '26 - In this contest judges will be looking for an understanding of what a community bank is and its role in the local economy. Competition is open to Illinois high-school seniors who are sponsored by a CBAI member bank; it is not based on financial need. Check with the local sponsoring bank for deadlines (Sauk Valley Bank-Sterling, Community State Bank-Rock Falls, Farmers National Bank-Prophetstown. Check with local sponsoring bank for deadline.

2024 Sinnissippi Centers Human Service Career College Scholarship - is for individuals seeking a career in the human service field. Sinnissippi Centers will award up to three, $1,000 scholarships in 2025. Applications are due March 14, 2024.
2025 Tri-State Raceway Scholarship - To provide an award for a graduating high school senior who plans to further their education, pursuing a job in a trade or a STEM field. A one-time award of $500 will be paid to the student/school upon successful completion of their first semester of study with a minimum 2.0 GPA. A copy of transcript may be submitted to Lucas at mail@tristateraceway.com for review. $500 will be awarded. Applications are due by April 1, 2025
Carl Haubrich Memorial Scholarship - The Rock River Valley Self Help Enterprises Endowment Fund has established this Scholarship in memory of Carla Haubrich. This one-year $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a current Senior attending High School in Whiteside County, pursuing a career in helping the lives of others or having a family member with special needs. Application must be postmarked or delivered by April 30th.

2024 Mercy Healthcare Foundation offers 7 scholarships to those who are pursuing education in health care fields. Below are the scholarships available. Click on the name of the scholarship for the application form. Applications are annually due on March 31. The scholarships range from $250 to $1,000:
Mercy Auxiliary scholarship is available to those pursuing a degree in a health-related field.
Kathy Goetzl scholarship is available to those pursuing higher education in a health care-related field.
Dr. Frank O. Kershner scholarship is available to those pursuing a nursing degree.
Patrick and Anna McKay scholarship is available to employees of Mercy Medical Center and their relatives pursuing a health-related degree.
Lori Skiff Memorial Nursing scholarship is available to Mercy R.N.'s pursuing a higher education in the field of nursing.
N.K.L. scholarship is available to those admitted to a nursing program and scholarship funds are used for education in pursuit of a nursing degree.
Ruthann Papke scholarship funds are to be used for education in the pursuit of nursing.
2025 Illinois Federation of Women's Clubs are offering 5 separate scholarships for $1000 each. Students must plan on attending an Illinois 4-year University/College, Community College or Vocational/Technical School in the fall. These scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors, current college students, and/or adults returning to college. Applications are due April 1. Rock River Human Resources Professional Assoc. Scholarship '25 - is pleased to offer one annual scholarship for a student pursuing a degree in Business with a major/minor in Human Resources. Applicants must meet the following criteria: College Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in the fall of 2025; Reside in Whiteside, Lee, or Ogle counties or surrounding communities; Participate in extracurricular activities. 2025 The American Legion High School Oratorical Scholarship Program-The Department of Illinois awards $13,075 in scholarships each year to Department Finalists. Deadlines vary
2025 Minority Teachers of Illinois Scholarship is available to minority students who are planning on pursuing a career in teaching. The application is anticipated to open in December. Applications must be submitted by March 1.
2025 Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver is available to students who are planning on pursuing a career in special education. The application is anticipated to open in December. Applications must be submitted by March 1.
The Quad Cities Community Foundation '25 administers multiple scholarship funds, all started by donors who want to ensure students are able to continue their education at community colleges and four-year institutions. Over 40 scholarship applications are available through our website. When we include scholarships that are able to be renewed each year students are in school, these applications result in nearly $600,000 in scholarships being distributed by the Community Foundation every year to help students meet their higher education goals. Application deadlines vary from January to February.
2025 Morrison FFA Alumni Scholarship & Grant Application - Agri-Science Related Scholarship, Non-Agri-Science Related Scholarship, Truck Driver Scholarship and Entrepreneur Grant applications. Must be a current enrolled student or graduate from Morrison High School within 5 years.
Whiteside County Republicans '25 - One $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to a Whiteside County high school graduate while the other $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to a Whiteside County resident college/trade school student currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year institution within the United States. The attached scholarship guideline and application gives the requirements for eligibility and instructions for applying. All applications must be postmarked by March 14th.
IL Assoc. of College Admission Counseling (IACAC) Scholarships '25 - offers ten $1,000 scholarships ($500 each semester, non-renewable) to students who exhibit financial need, a commitment to learning, leadership skills and or community service involvement. Must have a 3.0 and be enrolled as a full-time, college freshman at a postsecondary institution. Applications are due by March 2, 2025
2025 Mediacom World Class Scholars Scholarship Program- The Mediacom Scholarship Program helps graduating high school students with their college expenses, such as tuition and books. Through the World Class program, Mediacom awards $1,000 scholarships to winning applicants. Applications are due March 14, 2025.
2025 Lupita Turriff Hispanic Student Scholarship - The Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (CICI) is offering a $2000 scholarships to all future Chemists, Chemical Engineers, Environmental Engineers and/or HS Chemistry Teachers. The application is due no later than March 12.
Whiteside County Farm Bureau Foundation Scholarships '25 - is offering three scholarships to Whiteside County high school seniors and up to two current college students pursuing an agriculture-related degree. The scholarships are valued at $2,500 each. The Foundation is also offering one $1,000 scholarship to a student pursuing an agriculture-related degree at a two-year college or technical school. When it comes to agriculture, it’s time to think beyond crops. Think business. Think communication. Think mechanics. Think fashion. You may be eligible for a Foundation scholarship. IL Agricultural Education & FFA Scholarship '25 (IL Conservation Foundation) - provides $2,000 scholarships to outstanding high school seniors in Illinois who have demonstrated effective, voluntary and long-term dedication to the preservation, protection, enhancement and/or promotion of Illinois' natural resources. Applications are due before March 1st.
Township Officials of IL Scholarship '25 - is awarding funds to graduating high school seniors to continue their education at Illinois Colleges and Universities. Please mail your completed application, postmarked no later than March 1.
2024 Beta Sigma Psi Christian Leadership Award -This is a scholarship application for a $3,000 scholarship given out to a Christian male freshman attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Fall 2025. Please complete all required fields. Runner-ups may have the opportunity to be eligible for $1,000. There is no obligation to join Beta Sigma Psi to receive this award. Scholarship finalists will be invited for an in-person interview at the chapter house on March 25th. Applications are due on various dates.
Phidian Art Club - a $1,000 scholarship awarded to one area graduating high school student who plans to pursue a post-secondary education in one of the arts (such as painting/drawing, music, design, etc.) Application deadline is March 15.
Farmers National Bank Annual Scholarship 24-25 Farmers National Bank awards one student from Morrison School District a $500 scholarship for higher education. Must be entering an accredited college, university or trade school in the Fall of 2025. Applications are due by April 11, 2024.
Rock River Chapter NSDAR Educational Scholarship '25 - is awarding this $500 scholarship based on individual academic achievement, career aspirations and other characteristics. Completed forms need to be returned to your counselor by March 15.
Mount St. Clare Charitable Education Trust Scholarships (multiple scholarships) '25 - Several scholarship opportunities ranging anywhere from $300 to approximately $24,200 are available to students that have graduated or will graduate from a high school located in either Clinton County, Iowa or Whiteside County, Illinois. Either currently attend or will attend a 2 or 4-year University or college within the State of Iowa. The scholarships are awarded by the Mount St. Clare Charitable Education Trust, Clinton National Bank, Trustee. There are several requirements applicants will need to meet for their application to be considered. You must: have graduated or will graduate from a high school located in either Clinton County, Iowa or Whiteside County, Illinois. You must either currently attend or will attend a 2 or 4 year university or college within the State of Iowa. Preference will be given, but is not required, for those meeting the above requirements and attending a Catholic post-secondary institution or attending a community college located in Clinton County Iowa. Awards will be made on an annual basis only. Recipients may re-apply for subsequent years. Applications must be returned to Clinton National Bank, Trust Department by the deadline: April 30, 2025.
2025 Whiteside Retired Teachers Association Scholarship- The Whiteside Retired Teachers Association will be offering scholarship (s) of $500 to a student(s) in Whiteside County who will be enrolled in Sauk Valley Community College or either Black Hawk College campuses for the fall of 2023 and must plan to be a teacher. Applications are due before April 1
PFLAG Sauk Valley Scholarship '25 - PFLAG describes itself as the “first and largest” organization for the LGBTQ+ community. PFLAG Sauk Valley offers two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors from area high schools (Whiteside, Lee, and Ogle counties) who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender or who are strong allies of the LGBTQI community, as demonstrated by participation in ally organizations. Application materials can be found on the linked website under the "Illinois" heading. Applications are due by March 28.
2026 GFAI Scholarship- You should consider applying for GFAI scholarships if you want to work in ag and have an interest in the grain handling and feed industries. Application period runs from January 1-April 15, 2025.
IL Chemical Education Foundation '25 - provides $2,000 scholarships to top high school senior science students. The ICEF's objective is to recognize and honor high school seniors who have exemplified outstanding achievement in academics, extracurricular/employment activities and community involvement. Application deadline is March 12, 2025.
2025 Ecolab High School Senior Scholarship - The Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (CICI) is offering a $2000 scholarships to all future Chemists, Chemical Engineers, Environmental Engineers and/or HS Chemistry Teachers. The application is due no later than March 12, 2025.
2025 Kathryn G. Hansen Scholarship - Available to graduating seniors who plan to pursue a higher education in an office profession, secretarial or business-related field within the State of Illinois with preference given to attendance at the University of Illinois. Applications are due no later than March 12.
2025 Tri-County Opportunities Council Scholarships- The Illinois Dept of Commerce and Economic Opportunity has made funds available to the Tri-County Opportunities Council for at least 12 scholarships of up to $1,250 each for income-eligible students. Preference will be given to applicants wishing to pursue high-demand careers, although individuals pursuing other careers should not be discouraged from applying. Application must be postmarked by March 14, 2025
NW IL Economic Development Scholarship '25 - offers a $1,000 scholarship to graduating high school seniors from Jo Daviess, Carroll or Whiteside Counties who are interested in becoming an entrepreneur and starting a business. Recipients shall be full-time students in good academic standing in the qualifying school year (2019 - 2020). Completed scholarship applications are due by March 31. The scholarship can be used for: Community College, Technical College, 4-year College or University, or Start-up costs for business planning.
2025 Cleveland-Dodge Memorial scholarship is available to learning disabled high school seniors who are enrolling in a two or four year college or university or trade school. Applications are due by May 1.
2025 Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce Manufacturing Scholarship- open to residents or students in the Sauk Valley area. Applicants must be interested in attending Sauk Valley Community College or Morrison Institute of Technology to pursue a career in the area of manufacturing. This is a $500.00 scholarship. Individuals may apply for this scholarship more than once; however, a student can only receive the scholarship twice. Applications are due before April 1.
2025 Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce Agricultural Scholarship- Tis awarded by the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness Committee. The SVACC Agribusiness Scholarships are available for any student attending high school in the Whiteside Area Career Center Service Area and pursuing a career pathway in the field of agriculture. The Agri-Business Committee will award several scholarships in the following categories:
A minimum of $1,500.00 in scholarships to a student attending an accredited 4-year college or university. This application is for a one-year scholarship.
A minimum of $750.00 in scholarships to a student attending Sauk Valley Community College. This application is for a one-year scholarship.
A minimum of $750.00 in scholarship to a student attended an accredited community college or 2-year college. This application is for a one-year scholarship. Application deadline is March 1st.
2025 Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Business Leaders Scholarship - members of the Hispanic Business Leaders Committee created this one-year, $1,000 scholarship to support a Sauk Valley Resident of Hispanic Heritage in pursing their higher educational goals. Applications are due by April 1.
Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerence CDL Scholarship - All applicants must be current residents or students in the Sauk Valley area. This scholarship is open to students who are current seniors in a Sauk Valley Community College district high school or a current resident of the SVCC district. This application is for a one-year, $750.00 scholarship. Eligible applicants should wish to attend Sauk Valley
Community College to pursue a career in the area of CDL focusing on a career in Agriculture.

2025 Charles A. Farnham Business Scholarship is in honor of an individual who was very active with the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Farnham’s professional background and employment focus was in industrial relations at Northwestern Steel and Wire where he was a Vice-President. Individuals who are pursuing a curriculum of business or industrial relations or an approved business/industrial relations field are eligible to apply for this one year, $1000.00 scholarship. This year The Student must be attending Newman Central Catholic High School, Rock Falls High School, or Sterling High School. The application deadline for the Charles A. Farnham Scholarship is April 1.
Speak Out Against Suicide Scholarship '25 Speak Out Against Suicide's mission is to eliminate the stigma of suicide and depression. They are awarding 4-$500 scholarships and 1 -$2,000 scholarship. Open to any Iowa or Illinois High School seniors who have participated in community activities and who have plans to continue their education after high school. Applications are due before March 30th.
Illinois Sheriffs' Association '25 - The Illinois Sheriffs' Association will be awarding over $58,000 in college scholarships throughout the State of Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education during the 2025-2026 academic year. The student must be enrolled full-time at a certified institution of higher learning within the State of Illinois, full time. Sheriff John F. Booker, Whiteside County, will be awarding one scholarship in the amount of $500.
Friends of the Hennepin Canal - The Friends of the Hennepin Canal will be offering one high school student who plans to enter college in the fall of 2025. The amount awarded will be $1,000. Special consideration given to students with high academic achievements, a strong history of community service, and who plan to major in an environmental, STEM, or engineering field of study.
2024 Metallica Scholars. Students enrolled in the Clinton Community College Engineering Technology Program may qualify for full-tuition, fees, books, and equipment thanks to Metallica and their All Within My Hands Foundation. Applications are due March 1.
2024-25 VFW Voice of Democracy Audio-Essay Contest - "Why Is the Veteran Important?" Applicants will answer this question in a 3-5 minute audio essay. This contest is open to all students, including homeschooled students, in grades 9-12. Student must be a resident of the state where entered. Entries due to local VFW Post by October 31, 2024.
2025 IAA Foundation Scholarship- The IAA Foundation provides college scholarships to Illinois Farm Families, Illinois Farm Bureau members, spouses, or their children who major in agriculture, agribusiness or an ag-related course of study. The IAA Foundation is pleased to offer 120 awards totaling $210,251. Application period runs from January 1-February 15, 2025.
Illinois Pork Donor-Advised Scholarship '25 - The Illinois Pork Producers Association proudly awards nine students with a scholarship each school year. Three Levels are awarded: (3) Gold Scholarships at $2,000 each; (3) Silver Scholarships at $1,500 each; (3) Bronze Scholarships at $1,000 each. Applicants must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or be enrolling to begin in the Fall of 2024 to be eligible. IPPA Scholarships are open to students pursuing any undergraduate degree at any two-year or four-year college. Application deadline is Feb 14 2025.
Illinois School Counselor Association Student Scholarship '25 - The ISCA will be awarding 7 ($1000) scholarships, one for each ISCA region, to a graduating senior. The scholarship can be used to support students who plan to attend a 4-year college/university, 2-year college, trade school or apprenticeship program. All applications must be submitted by January 17.
Quad City Engineering and Science Council '25 - program provides multiple one-time grants/scholarships between $1000 and $2500 each for high school seniors pursuing a STEM degree at a 4 year university. These are awarded on an objective basis without regard to race, sex, or religion. Criteria include academics, civic/community service, extracurricular involvement, career goals, and an essay on why you want a STEM degree Application deadline is January 28.
2025 1st Gateway Credit Union Scholarship - is awarding 3 $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors who are credit union members. You must be a primary member for at least six months prior to the application deadline on February 14, 2025.
2024-25 Future of STEM Scholars Initiative for students attending HBCUs - The Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (CICI) is offering a $10,000 scholarship per year to students pursuing STEM degrees at Historically Black Colleges or Universities. Students should have an interest in pursuing a career in chemical manufacturing, engineering, environmental health and sustainability or other related chemical-industry fields. The application is due no later than January 31.
Illinois State Historical Society Verna Ross Orndorff Scholarship '25 - The Verna Ross Orndorff Scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship in honor of Verna Ross Orndorff, a lifelong student of Illinois history to encourage interest in Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War in Illinois high schools. To apply for the scholarship the focus of the essay should be on Abraham Lincoln or a significant event in the Civil War period in Illinois, 1,500 words, outline, annotated bibliography and suggestions for further reading. Entries must be postmarked or emailed by January 15, 2025.
2025 Celebrating High School Innovators - Do you have great ideas and want to make them a reality? Are your projects making a positive difference in your community? Tell us about your idea and you might be chosen as one of the most innovative high school students in Illinois! Our top five winners will receive $1,000 in cash and scholarships to Illinois State University. Application Deadline January 31.
2024-25 Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association- IPLSA offers scholarships and awards for students, surveyors and other individuals in the surveying profession. Awards range from $500-$1500. Visit the website to learn more about each scholarship. Applications are due by Oct. 29, 2024.
Prairie State Tractor Scholarship '24 - offers scholarships aimed at developing and supporting future service technicians. The number of recipients and amounts awarded will vary. Must be a graduating high school senior or current college student. Must be planning to or be enrolled in a diesel equipment technology program or related field with the ultimate goal of becoming a Service Technician. Applications are due by April 1, 2024.
Illinois Sheriffs' Association Scholarship '24 - $500 scholarship for individuals who are enrolled full-time in an Illinois institution of higher learning. Applications are due by March 15.
TBK Scholarship '24 - a $1,000 scholarship for fifteen hardworking students who qualify as low to moderate income, in keeping with standards set forth by the Community Reinvestment Act. We encourage any student living in a community served by TBK Bank and demonstrating financial need to apply. Applications are due on or before April 1st
Double I Antique Auto Club Scholarship - a $500 scholarship awarded to a graduating senior from Iowa or Illinois who is pursuing a career in or related to the automotive industry. Application deadline is May 1, 2024.
Whiteside County Cattlemen Scholarship '24 - must be pursuing a two or four-year degree in an Ag related field or must have a parent or guardian who is a member of the Whiteside County Cattlemen's Association (if pursuing any other field of study). Applications are due by April 15, 2024.
Beta Sigma Psi Scholarship '24 - Several scholarship opportunities at this link. Offers scholarships and grant opportunities for members of the Christian community. Scholarships for incoming freshman in Fall 2024 are available at: any accredited 4-year College or University in the United States; Indiana University; Iowa State University; Ohio State University; Purdue University; University of Illinois; University of Missouri, University of Nebraska. Applications are due March 4th.
2024 Bi-County Special Education Scholarship - is available for students who have a disability and wish to seek further education via trade school, college or certificate program. Students may re-apply while in trade school or college. Applications are due February 15, 2024.
2024 Bi-County Foundation General Education Scholarship - This scholarship is open to High School seniors and college students who plan to pursue a career in Special Education or a related field ie; Psychology, Music Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Recreation Therapy. The amounts and numbers of scholarships will vary from year to year as funds are available. Scholarship minimums will be $500.00. Students will be selected on the basis of academic accomplishments, creative distinctions, essay content and extracurricular activities. The committee will also select students who contribute to the inclusion of community and academic life of children with disabilities. The committee looks for qualities such as self-reliance, energy, imagination, originality and concern for others. Applications are due by February 15, 2024.
IL Odd Fellow Scholarship 23-24 - Students from throughout the State of Illinois who wish to attend any post-secondary school or an accredited vocational/technical training school and who have maintained at least a “C” grade average may apply for this scholarship. Applications are due no later than March 1.
Timberline Billing Service Scholarship '24 - Timberline Billing awards five $2,000 scholarships each year to recipients from client districts. The primary qualifications are for the student to have been on an IEP at some point during their Middle/High school years. They do not have to be on one at graduation and they do not have to be on Medicaid. They can pursue their education at a 4 year university/college, community college or trade school. Entries must be postmarked prior to January 16, 2024.

CGH Medical Center Auxiliary Health Care '23 - The CGH Medical Center Auxiliary awards annual $1,000 scholarships to students, who are enrolled in health-related education programs, reside in the area served by CGH Medical Center and meet the criteria established by the Auxiliary. Scholarships are awarded based on the applicant’s character, academic achievements, activities, financial need and community service. Academic achievement requires a minimum of 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale overall or equivalent. Scholarship amounts are paid directly to the educational institution. The Scholarship Committee’s definition of “health-related” does not include:
• Prerequisites or core curriculum necessary prior to acceptance into the specific health-related program.
• Degree specialties including pre-med, pre-pharmacy, physical therapy, audiology, speech therapy (and others) unless you have actually been admitted into the program which usually happens in these majors at the junior, senior or post graduate level of college. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Must be postmarked by June 15.
2023 Robert Cleveland and Kenneth Dodge Memorial Scholarship Program - The FranCenter of Darien, Illinois, has two scholarships of $750 each available to high school seniors with a diagnosed learning disability who are enrolling in a two or four year college or university, or trade school. Application must be received via email or U.S. Mail by May 1st.
2023 FarmHouse Fraternity Illinois Chapter Scholarship - For incoming male students attending the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This is open to any major. Scholarships range from $500-$4000. Application deadline is April 15th.
WQAD S.O.A.R. Scholarship '23 - The Sedona Group and WQAD HD News 8 have partnered together to recognize three outstanding seniors with $5000 scholarships. Seniors that best exemplify the S.O.A.R. characteristics of Strength of character, Optimism – predictions for future success and where will you be making a difference, Achievement – in academics and volunteerism and Resolve – shown when faced with an adversarial situation. Completed online or mailed must be submitted by April 15th to be considered. Three winners will be contacted and featured in a story to air on WQAD News 8 sometime in May or June 2022. Applicants must meet the following requirements: current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in WQAD viewing area, anticipating completion of high school in spring and plan to pursue further education and/or training after high school. 2023 Jo-Carroll Electric Scholarship - Up to six $1000 Jo-Carroll Energy Scholarships are awarded each year to outstanding scholastic students who are the sons or daughters of Jo-Carroll Energy members. Two scholarships will be awarded in both Carroll and Jo Daviess counties, and one scholarship will be awarded in both Whiteside and Henry counties. Scholarships are awarded based on grade point average, college entrance test scores, work and volunteer experience, participation in school and community activities, biographical statement and knowledge of the cooperative. Deadline: March 1.
Alpha Alumni Chapter of Beta Sigma Psi-National Lutheran Fraternity- offering a $3,000 scholarship given out to a Christian male freshman attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. There is no obligation to join or be related to a member of the fraternity. Runner-ups may be eligible for $1,000. Applications are due March 4th.
Marquis Energy- Illinois Scholarship '24 - Marquis Energy is awarding a total of $10,000 to an Illinois student enrolled in college, graduate school or a technical institute for the Fall 2023 semester. Applications are due March 1 and need to be emailed to haleyherr@marquisinc.com
Rorrie Joseph Kramer Scholarship Application '22 - This scholarship will be awarded to a qualified student(s) who are planning to attend college after high school graduation. The number and amount of scholarships given is dependent on club resources. Applications are due no later than May 27.
Tri-County Opportunities Council Scholarship '22 - This scholarship is available to students from low-income families. All applicants are required to meet with a member of the Agency staff to review the application and have the income documentation verified. All applications along with required documentation must be postmarked by March 25.
2023 Beta Sigma Psi Christian Leadership Award -This is a scholarship application for a $3,000 scholarship given out to a Christian male freshman attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Fall 2023. Please complete all required fields. Runner-ups may have the opportunity to be eligible for $1,000. There is no obligation to join Beta Sigma Psi to receive this award. Scholarship finalists will be invited for an in-person interview at the chapter house on March 25th. Applications are due by March 4.

Voice of Democracy Scholarship - An audio-essay program provides high school students with the unique opportunity to express themselves in regards to a democratic and patriotic-themed recorded essay. First place winner receives $35,000. Applications are due October 31

2025-26 Coca-Cola Scholars - The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. Awards Available: 150. Applications are due by September 30, 2025.
2025 Hagan Scholarship - A nationwide four-year based merit scholarship providing each recipient with the opportunity to graduate college debt-free, providing up to $6,000 each semester. After graduation from college Hagan Scholars can apply for a two-year extension of their scholarship to attend graduate school or a professional schools, receiving $6,000 each semester. Must have achieved a 3.5 GPA, must enroll in an eligible college or university, must maintain a 4 year or less graduation schedule, Applicant's Adjusted Household Income reported for Federal Income Tax Purposes must not exceed $85,000. 2025 Questbridge Scholarship - Questbridge is a nationally recognized nonprofit that helps outstanding students from low-income backgrounds dream big and realize that a top college is possible . Applications are due by September 30, 2025.

2026 Profile in Courage Essay Contest - This contest is open to any 9-12 student. Students are expected to respond to the following prompt in 700-1000 words: Describe and analyze an act of political courage by a US elected official who served during or after 1917. Essays are due by January 12, 2026

2025 Burger King Scholarships - is open to High School Seniors who are US citizens, have 2.5 GPA or higher, work experience and community involvement. Winners can receive between $1000-$50,000. Applications open on October 15th and have closed on December 15th in previous years.

2024 Asian and Pacific Islander American (APIA) Scholars - Based in Washington, D.C., APIA Scholars is the nation's largest 501(c)(3) nonprofit provider of college scholarships for Asian and Pacific Islander American students. Scholars Helping Collars Scholarship- Scholarship is open to U.S. residents who are enrolled as full-time high school seniors.
