Module: Food and Beverage Service / Introduction to Culinary Arts Practical
A practical briefing on both modules will be held for all students as follow:
Time: 1010 - 1210 hrs
Date: 30.01.16 (Monday)
Venue: Restaurant (4th Floor)
Dress code: White T-shirt / Black trouser (Practical uniform)
Note: Practical class will not be held on Sunday (29.01.16)
