Introduction to Customer Service Class - Diploma and ACHTS Students

Dear Students doing ICS module, 

Please be informed that ICS class will be held on block mode and therefore will not have regular classes starting from week 4. ICS block will be held on week 6 and the timings will be communicated via e-noticeboard closer to the date.
