Dear All Students,
Taj Hotel group of India is providing five internship scholarship opportunities for six months for FHTS students.
The training will be provided at the renowned Taj Hotels in India e.g Mumbai, Bangalore etc. and would include 2 weeks induction, 4 weeks in Front Office, 4 weeks in Housekeeping, 4 weeks in Food and Beverage, 4 weeks in Kitchen, 4 weeks in Allied areas - Human Resources, Materials, Accounts, 4 weeks in Sales and 4 weeks in the department of specialization.
The training will be personally monitored by the Learning and Development Manager at the hotel hosting the programme. Regular reviews will conducted to evaluate learning progress.
The hotel will provide the candidates with sharing accommodation, on duty meals and a stipend of Rs. 10,000 Indian rupees per month to meet daily travel and meal expenses. Expenditure on travel from Maldives to the hotel of training will be borne by the respective candidate. A certificate will be issued by Taj Hotels on successful completion of the 6 months training.
