please be informed that those who are doing Diploma in Hospitality Management and Diploma in Tourism Management semester 1, 2015 are required to register for the following modules,
i have noticed that many students did not register for Introduction to Customer Service.

2. Front office operations (HOS059)
3. Housekeeping Operations (HOS057)
4. Intro to Hospitality and tourism industry (HOS065)
5. Business Communication (TRS061)
6. Introduction to Customer Service (TRS065)
7. Japanese / French / Chinese (JAP003/FRE003/CHN001)
Please make sure that you have registered for the correct modules.
