August 11, 2017 - Congratulations to Shenyuan Xu who received his PhD entitled "NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROSCOPY STUDIES OF AT2G44920, A PENTAPEPTIDE REPEAT PROTEIN FROM ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA AND X-RAY CRYSTALLOGRAPHY, ISOTHERMAL TITRATION CALORIMETRY STUDIES OF K-RAS, A HUMAN ONCOGENIC GTP-ASE SIGNALING PROTEIN" on August 11 and attended the hooding ceremony.  Shen will be staying on in the lab as a postdoc.

August 2, 2017 - Kennedy Group launches the MOUSE MODEL OF PANCREATIC CANCER ATLAS (MMPCA) - AN ONLINE RESOURCE FOR RESEARCHERS AND PATHOLOGISTS WHO WORK IN THE FIELD OF PANCREATIC CANCER. The MMPCA can be found at https://mousepancreaticcancer.wordpress.com/category/welcome/. The manuscript introducing the MMPCA was published in PLoS-ONE and can be found at http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0187552. The research was performed by graduate student Michelle Veite-Schmahl and a team of undergraduate students.
