MG Track & Field

Tuesday - 3/17 - We will meet outside for team warm up. 

• Sprint/Jump/Hurdle - staying outside (hoping the snow/sleet/freeze clears off the track in time).

• Throws - outside for throwers warm up and throwing session (hope you have gloves). Then inside for lift.

• Distance - lift session after warm up before moving to running training.
