Trail Day
Berlin Mountain Trailhead
September 29 at 1:00 PM
Purple Valley NEMBA (New England Mountain Bike Association) is hosting a trail building day on Sunday September 29 from 1:00 - 4:00. If you haven’t been to Berlin in a while, this is a great opportunity to see how much progress has been made and to help open our second trail. Please bring water, gloves & sturdy boots. We have fancy new tools from Rogue Hoe for you to use, but feel free to bring your own.
PS. If you are really keen we also have a small group that gets together on Wednesday & Friday mornings at 8:30AM to do a short ride and a bit of building.

* Local Service Learning for High Schoolers
A group of churches in the area are working together to offer a service learning program for high school students. This program, “Inner Calling, Present Learning, Forward Leading: Service Learning for High Schoolers”, seeks to help students in grades 9-12 learn to listen to their inner voice, understand their communities' needs, and collaborate with those communities to affect positive change. While this project is organized through churches in the area, it is not a religious program. We plan to offer monthly service projects based on participants' interests and work on those projects as a group. Our flexible scheduling allows you to show up for the projects that you can and let us know if you won't be able to attend.
Interested? Please fill out our Google Form to register for one of our upcoming information sessions on 9/23 at 7 pm via Zoom or 2:30 pm 9/29 in person.
