Downloading Office Setup

Online

  • Sign in to your Office account at Office.com/setup
  • You will be asked to enter the product key
  • Provide that key and hit Enter
  • However, if you are a new user, then click Create an Account to create a new account
  • Enter the required details to sign up
  • Now, from the list of Office subscriptions, select your subscription
  • Click Download and wait until the process finishes

Offline

  • Insert the Office CD in the CD/DVD drive of your system
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to download the product
  • In the former case, you will get an Office product key that will be asked at the time of activation, on your registered email Id.
  • For Offline purchase, you will get the product key along with the CD. Keep this key secure with you!

Uninstall Office Setup

  1. Open start and go to the Control Panel.
  2. Go to Programs and click on the link called Uninstall a program.
  3. In the window of Programs and Features, choose the Microsoft Office program and right click on it. Click on the Uninstall button.
  4. Wait patiently. It may take up to several minutes.
  5. Click on close when the process is complete.
  6. Reboot the computer system.

  1. Microsoft Excel: Click “Start Menu.” Press the Microsoft Office option, find Microsoft Excel in the list and click on the excel name to open it.

  7. Microsoft Publisher: Click flag icon known as “Start” button. Press “All Programs,” then “Microsoft Office” and after that “Microsoft Publisher.”
